Our priorities

Drawing on all of this, the Governors have set the following priorities for the school over the next 5 years.

Pupil Outcomes

Develop throughout the whole school an approach to learning that is deeply rooted in play and real life experiences. Further foster independence in learning and embed a growth mindset.

Leadership and Management

Making staff feel fully valued for all of their contributions and supporting them in creating an effective life-work balance. Continue investing in increasingly effective school management systems and resources.

Whole school community

Fully involve parents so that they can be supportive partners in the children’s learning.
