Dear Parents,

Benhall is such a busy place and there is so much going on all the time which makes it hard to capture in a few paragraphs just how much is happening week by week.  This week I would really like to focus on our pre-school which is such an integral part of our school and the learning journey your child experiences at Benhall. 

Miss Millward and her team are working tirelessly to embed a home from home setting where your children feel safe and loved.  You may be wondering how we achieve this so here are some of the key points from our recent New Intake Meeting:

Your child is at the centre of everything we do:

• The environment feels like an extension of the home
• All adults know their key children, including their interests, families and more
• Both the children and their families feel supported throughout their time with us
• Practitioners will nurture lifelong learners and support their growth to be confident, creative and adapt to opportunity

The staff are passionate about our vision for Pre-School and creating the very best setting for our children.  We enjoyed welcoming our new and returning families on Wednesday afternoon and will be sharing our setting with all of our current families at Teddy Benhall's picnic later in the term.

PTA News

A huge thank you to all the helpers and supporters that made the Benhall and St Marks Fair such a success last Friday. The weather held beautifully right to the end, helping a wonderful atmosphere. The Donkeys were a new feature this year and seemed much loved! The final numbers are still being worked out with receipts tec, but the Fair has raised approximately £2000 for each school. An especially big thanks is owed to all of our wonderful sponsors who helped make such a great total possible. 

We would like to wish members of our Benhall Family who have celebrated their birthday a really happy birthday.  Happy birthday to:
